Shirley Smith

Shirley is a paralegal with 31 years of experience in various aspects of business entity formation, minutes and various transaction documents, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and corporate law.  She works with clients on both simple and complex business and real estate matters.  Shirley received her Associate’s Degree in Administrative Assistant studies from Lansing Community College.

Shirley lives in Westphalia and enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and granddaughter.  She also enjoys various outdoor activities.  In the past, Shirley has served on many committees at St. Mary’s Parish, the Catholic Order of Foresters, and the Knights of Columbus.  She was a former local Youth Director for the Catholic Order of Foresters and a past member of the Pewamo-Westphalia Boosters.
